What to expect
Benson Counseling Services, LLC is offering a free virtual open group for navigating current political stress! This is a process and skills group that will focus on processing feelings of fear and uncertainty, managing burnout, finding hope, and creating community. This group starts on February 24th and will be held every Tuesday from 4-5pm.
