Memorial Day is about remembering and honoring the men and women who gave their lives serving our country. Their sacrifice, courage, and selflessness are the reasons we have the freedoms we enjoy every day. From our gym community to all military families, thank you. We honor those who never made it home and remember the sacrifices made for others.
