The Nielsen Chorale is stepping into a new chapter with Voices of Hope and Promise 🎶 This special choral concert takes place Sunday, April 19 at 3 PM at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church and marks the first standalone performance under new Artistic Director Joel Ross. Featuring John Rutter’s Mass of the Children, the newly formed Nielsen Chorale Chamber Choir, professional musicians, and youth singers from Kantorei, Auburn High School CAPA Treble Choir, and Guilford High School Treble Choir, this performance brings together voices from across the Rockford area in a powerful and meaningful way. The concert is free and open to the community, with a freewill offering accepted.
