We try to get a good idea 60 days before your event as long as time is permitting. - We Finalize Guest count 10 days before so our chefs and staff can properly prepare for your event. - We ask about Electricity and water access. If we don't have access its okay, we can bring our own, but its something we need to know! - Last thing is we send you your Final Customer contract, and we have you review all the fine details to confirm we have all of the correct information, then you sign it and date it and send it back to us!
