Janesville Farmers Market Returns May 2 for 21st Season in Downtown Janesville The Janesville Farmers Market (JFM) returns to Town Square in downtown Janesville on Saturday, May 2, kicking off its 21st season as a longstanding community tradition and one of the region’s most dynamic outdoor markets. Held weekly in the heart of downtown, the market brings together local farmers, growers, artisans, and food vendors offering fresh produce, baked goods, handmade items, and more. Opening day marks the start of a vibrant season that draws thousands of visitors and residents to shop local, connect, and enjoy the JFM experience. "Since moving to Town Square five years ago, the JFM has grown and thrived in more ways and faster than anyone could have imagined! We love to see visitors from all over enthusiastically supporting our small family farms and independent businesses,” shared Kris Koch, Executive Director of the Janesville Farmers Market. “It's a true collaboration that has helped to make our Market the best dose of community you'll get all week!" The market runs every Saturday starting May 2 through October 24 from 8 AM to 1 PM at Town Square with vendor booths and food trucks lining both sides of the river (21 Dodge St, Janesville, WI,). Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best selection and to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions while downtown. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the market and can join in on the fun alongside their owners. For the safety and comfort of all guests, dogs must be kept by their human’s side at all times on a non-extendable leash.
