Some stories aren’t in books, they’re right under our feet! 🌿 Monterey Rock, also known as the Big Rock, helped shape early Janesville. It acted as a guide for settlers across the river and marking the start of a community. Today, you can still stand where history happened and even explore the hidden cave for yourself. Take a walk along the Ice Age Trail, soak in the views, and experience a piece of local history. Get outside, explore more, and see what stories you’ll discover. A Little Luck in a Cup: Spring at The Coffee Depot If you’re looking for a cozy local spot that blends charm, community, and creative coffee, a visit to The Coffee Depot in Edgerton, WI should be high on your list. Housed in a historic train depot, this beloved coffee shop has become a favorite stop for locals and travelers alike. The kind of place where the coffee is crafted with care and the seasonal specials keep people coming back. With spring arriving in southern Wisconsin, The Coffee Depot is rolling out some fun and colorful drink specials like their Dubai Chocolate Latte, Blueberry Muffin Latte, and their Blossom Brew. But one in particular immediately caught my attention: their Lucky Charms Iced Latte! 🍀🌈 One sip of the Lucky Charms Iced Latte and you’ll understand why this drink feels like a little celebration in a cup. This playful spring special starts with a raspberry iced latte, which gives the drink a bright, fruity sweetness that pairs deliciously well with espresso. But the real magic happens on top with a toasted marshmallow cold foam that's light, creamy, and just sweet enough to balance the raspberry. And because no Lucky Charms-themed drink would be complete without a little nostalgia, the latte is topped with a sprinkle of Lucky Charms marshmallows! They add a pop of color and a fun crunchy texture that makes every sip feel a little whimsical. It’s sweet without being overpowering, visually fun, and perfect for anyone who enjoys a creative twist on their usual coffee order. Their Seasonal Specials are exactly what you want when you’re looking for something beyond a standard latte. The Lucky Charms Iced Latte is the kind of drink that makes for a perfect midday pick-me-up, spring outing treat, or Instagram-worthy coffee stop if you’re exploring the Edgerton area. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time stopping in (like me), spring is a great time to check out The Coffee Depot and see what seasonal or new drinks are on the menu. If you’re feeling lucky, grab their Lucky Charms Iced Latte while it’s available. It’s a fun reminder that coffee can be just as playful as it is delicious. Sometimes the best local finds are the ones that add a little extra joy to your day… and this one definitely did to mine! ☕🍀🌈 The Coffee Depot 📍 20 S. Main St., Edgerton, WI, United States, 53534 🔗 https://www.facebook.com/coffeedepotedge
